⇢ SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship worldwide but currently, we aren't able to ship to the UK, Brazil, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand. If you live in these countries please check our Etsy shop where you can place your order: www.kinderklipz.etsy.com

At Kinderklipz you can choose your shipping method. We offer Non-Trackable Mail, Priority Mail, and Signed Delivery for European and International orders up to 2 kg. For orders with more weight, we offer Chronopost/DPD, EMS, International Order depending on the shipping country. If your country or shipping costs are not available please contact us.

We recommend choosing Signed Delivery for safe delivery. It includes a full tracking number for most of the countries, online tracking, and secure delivery {signed delivery}. Kinderklipz is not liable for orders that are not shipped with Signed Delivery or Express Delivery (Chronopost/DPD, EMS, International Order, FedEx).

Returned orders due to "address insufficient" or "address not found" where the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect/insufficient/not found or order not claimed will pay the new shipping cost for a re-shipping. A refund can be made instead of the items, excluding shipping costs.

Portugal: 1 to 2 business days excluding Azores and Madeira Islands
Europe: 3 to 7 business days
International:  5 to 15 business days

⇢ PACKING
Orders will be shipped in a bubble wrap pack or box, more fragile products will be wrapped in extra bubble wrapping.

⇢ IMPORT DUTIES & DUTIES 
Custom, import duties, and related expenses may be incurred and are the buyer's responsibility. We use CN22 customs declaration and we declare the exact content and value, except shipping cost in all international orders (and non-E.U. orders). Contact us if you need any assistance on this.  

Please contact your country customs authorities for more information if you live outside the European Union or in the above mentioned territories. 

⇢ WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS
You have the right to withdraw and return your Kinderklipz purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund - contact us before by email or phone and fill the form below. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, Kinderklipz cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund. Please return it using a secure shipping method, we are not responsible for lost returns.

We will then refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or official proof that the order has been returned.  Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise (like an exchange for another good or coupon code to be used in Kinderklipz shop).

In exceptional occasions, where Free Shipping is offered to purchases at Kinderklipz, the withdraw refund will exclude shipping costs (value based on our shipping cost table).

If by human error a product is sold out or listed incorrectly, a refund will be made through a coupon that can be rendered in our shop in a future order, or in cases where the payment was made using Paypal, we will refund automatically the value.

⇢ Product Information
Please read carefully the description of the item before you buy it. We always try to provide an accurate description and, when possible several pictures so that you can see what you're buying, including [when necessary] side A and B photos and detailed information. If you need additional photos or information feel free to contact us.

We make all efforts to provide accurate photos but because computer monitors are different, please take in mind that colors can be different.
