Sale Terms and Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all customers and purchases made at Kinderklipz and you should read them carefully. They may vary from time to time so you should check them before you make a new purchase. 

• PAYMENTS •
Kinderklipz accepts payments by Wire Bank Transfer and Paypal™. 
We expect payment within 3 days after purchase, after that your order will be canceled. 

• ACCEPTANCE AND ORDER PROCESSING •
We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible and check if everything is correct. Order's processing will be made after payment is cleared and shipping within 1 to 2 business days.

• PRICES •
All prices are subject to change, at any time and without notice.

Prices are excluded VAT (23%) and will be added to your order's total. If you are a VAT registered business within the European Union or business outside the European Union, please contact us to exclude VAT tax.

• DESCRIPTIONS •
The product descriptions on the site are up to date and accurate to the best of our knowledge. The images included are there to help you with your selection and may vary in color or size depending on monitor personal settings. All measurements and weights mentioned are approximate.

• REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES •
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days for a full refund. Please contact us by email so we can provide you the legal documentation for the cancelation.

After we receive the goods in good conditions you will receive a refund within 5 days. You are responsible for the shipping if shipping method for the return it's not the same as the one that you choose when placing your order at Kinderklipz. You always need to provide proof of the shipping cost to us (by transportation company or postal services invoice). In case of loss, the return is canceled.

In case of damage when returning the goods please provide protective wrapping to prevent any damages otherwise, the return will not be accepted. 

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed by us.

Products like sale products, sold by meter, personalized, custom or with information on differences in size, quality, color or marked as defected cannot also be acceptances for return.    

If by human error a product is sold out or listed incorrectly, a refund will be made through a coupon that can be rendered in our shop in a future order or in cases where the payment was made using Paypal, we will refund automatically the value.

• DELIVERY OF GOODS •
Kinderklipz recommends Signed Delivery [with tracking number], for quick and safe delivery. If you prefer Normal or Priority Mail please note that, in this case, you will be accepting responsibility if anything were to happen to the package. 

Buyer is also responsible for any additional duties should that apply.

We offer a discount policy based on each of your order's value.

≥ 50 EUR = -2%
≥ 100 EUR = -5%
≥ 200 EUR = -10%
≥ 500 EUR = -20%
note: discount excludes VAT tax, other taxes and duties. shipping cost and sale/outlet/promotion products.

The discount is applied automatically to your order.
